UMETA was founded in 1926, the location of the company has changed
several times. In the late forties UMETA has moved to Bielefeld-Ummeln
where it is today. This building houses the management offices,

as well as the computer room.

Margarete Maser-Ulrichskötter, the company owner, took
over the management of UMETA from her father, the company founder
Hermann Ulrichskötter, in 1965 and now manages together
with her son, Frank Maser. In order to ensure further continuity,
Robert - Hermann Maser prepares himself already in the arms
of his mother Heike Maser for taking over the company as the
fourth generation, approximately in the year 2030.
